Liz is the Founder and CEO of Meliora Performance. She has a decade of experience working with some of the world’s best performers on and off the field– from world-class athletes to fighter pilots and special forces soldiers. In her spare time she enjoys swimming, biking, and running and occasionally does all three on the same day when she competes in Ironman triathlons.
